my dad doesn’t want to admit that he can’t live in his usual extremely unhealthy ways, like he thinks he can just stop smoking but still never move an inch and still don’t give a shit about eating healthy. like does he love his unhealthy lifestyle more than he loves being alive to see his kids? why can’t he stop that shit so we don’t have to worry about him dying too...
